Perhaps it's also because they lack the ability to whip it out and pee wherever they are. We men have more opportunities to relieve ourselves before we can't hold it any longer. More opportunities to take a whiz and not be noticed too. From the pictures shown here, it seems like some of these ladies never learned peeing etiquette either. I think most guys know enough to pee where others won't step in it, not in front of doorways or on carpeted floors. Little boys do that 'cause they don't know any better, but most men, even drunkards, know better than that.
But heh, I like a good pic of them pissing in public as much as the next guy. Thank goodness for those discreet little cameras that feature phones.
