Reminds of a time when i had stopped to get some gas at a convenience store and a woman in a sports car drove up to get gas also. It was very windy as she got out of her car and behold a tall blond statuesque woman with a very short mini skirt. She starts walking inside to pay and the wind picks up and lifts her skirt, she is walking and cannot keep her skirt down. When she walks back to her car she has her hands front and back trying to keep her skirt down but can't showing her panties, she is laughing and as she gets back to her car i pump the gas for her so she can keep her skirt down it was good times.
