Yes, there are so many limitations in the U.S. regarding this issue. When I visited Germany, I went to a spa that involved several mineral baths of varied temperatures, running from steam only, down to an eventual dip in a chilly 55F bath. The 70F pool was large and coed, and of course entirely nude. Suggested time for each pool tended to be 10 minutes, but for some reason, I spent about an hour in that one!
