Several possible issues: 1) dunno if it's strictly "charity," since it's definitely to raise funds to send her to London 2012 Paralympics (if that's not sufficiently charitable, it might also be for other others on the national team: can't tell since text is mostly Japanese); 2) while it's a calendar, I only found some months' worth; 3) she's an amputee, which some could be grossed out by (not me); 4) most of the pictures I located are execrably small.
