As far as this particular forum is concerned, "Hardcore" means that the videos may contain sex, masturbation, oral sex etc... Some people really enjoy blowjob videos even when you don't get to see more of the girl, some don't.
It's not worth debating since everyone has a different sense of what they find erotic. Videos like this are fine to post here.
