I would have thought it very unusual that women would be photographed after having been stripped naked, but some of the photos, such as
this one, reveal enough skin that I find it hard to conclude otherwise.
I wonder if these are post-arrest photos, or are they pictures of women who were convicted and sent away to serve a sentence?
