Hi Fango,
the show is called "Extrem Schön" (= Extremly Beautiful) and is running on German TV.
... but it's not only about boob jobs - most contestants suffer from much more serious issues than this little lady.
When it comes to noses, ears, teeth and stuff like that you don't wanna watch the show!
