Physical Description:
Halia is a sprightly, petite, adorable half elf, who seems to have an exhibitionist streak in mixed into her already erratic, overly playful behavior. She dresses in a short, impractical light green tunic, at least when she's in the arena, with the length making it effectively a short, belted skirt. Her light red hair is done up in pigtails, and she always has an infectious bright smile on her face. Her slightly pointed elven ears are displayed proudly.
While her sparkling green eyes ooze whimsy and innocence, she seems to enjoy showing off her rear by bending at the waist a little too often, or arching her back to make her modest bust seem bigger, or paying attention to the viewing sphere to give the audience little peeks down her blouse in search of their approval. She doesn't really boast the 'assets' of some arena fighters. She's no curvy bombshell. She is an adorable little half elf though, with pert little breasts and a tight little butt.

Personal Information:
Perhaps the exhibitionist streak in Halia comes from a bit of insecurity. Not much is known about her background besides that she came from poverty. As a half breed she no doubt was the subject of some prejudice, growing up on the streets of Enferia's capital city.
The short version of her story, as it came to be known, is that she was picking pockets to survive when one day she stole a book of magic from a doddering old wizard. Amazingly, she was able to teach herself some simple magic tricks that would make her job as a thief that much easier. She continued life in this way for some while, until, fatefully, just before nearing the prime of her magical thieving career, she was set up and caught by the secret squad of the Queen's enforcers.
Halia now tries to make the best of it as a well-treated prisoner of Enferia's arena. It wasn't hard for her friendly, whimsical, bubbly personality to ingratiate her to the other prisoners, and after a while she found the scenery wasn't so bad. She doesn't wholly like being stripped or humiliated, none of the girls really do, but it DOES give her some thrill. She's found that she's excited by fighting in the arena, and she doesn't have to worry about starving to death. In the arena, she's popular because she can win -- not because of race or breast size. Despite her outward appearance as bright eyed and youthful, she is a somewhat sexual creature and also fancies stripping the competing girls... or, if things are going to boringly, her own teammates!
