Looks like there are some faint moles/birthmarks on her back. Take a pic of your wifes back (or I guess you could look but a pic would be better to go back and forth) and see if they match up.
If you really want to push it, email her the pic from an "anonymous" email and judge her reaction that night, if she is freaked out, you know it's her.
