I've been to quite a few Caribbean islands, and the few nude beaches have been tourist oriented. And the locals don't mix much with the tourists, except to sell them stuff.
If your wife wants to do more than look, if you stay at any of the resorts on Bloody Bay, Negril, Jamaica, there is a public beach adjacent to the private all inclusive resorts. North if you are staying at Couples. There were plenty of young locals selling ganja, and I'm sure it wouldn't take much encouragement for them to fulfill your wife's fantasy.
(It's been 10 years since I've been there, so things may have changed.)
