a girl walked by in one of those 2 layer dresses. The top layer was white and had holes all over it (like an old wool blanket) and was all but see through. She was 5'6'' and mid to late 20's with a bit of a tan and brown hair.
The bottom layer of her dress was around her waist and I got a full view of her green panties. They were bikini briefs and had strings on the side. She walked by and then stopped and fell flat on her ass with her legs spread and facing the door where 30+ people were walking in. She had to have flashed her crotch to all of them.
She then stood up, and her friend told her to fix her dress. She pulled down the bottom layer and then looked around nervously.
She appeared to be completely oblivious and sober.
