If its that bad, back up everything u want to keep and format ur hard drive. How do u know you have this hijacker??? if its detected by any of those programs mentioned its usually deleted by there. Make sure they have all the update etc.
Also go into the processes on task manager and close anything that you dont recognise or is new, make a npte of its name and search ur computer for it and delete that file (only do if u know its dodgy). go to start and run, type in msconfig and find out what programs run at start up and alter if u want.
Finally, get decent firewall software........
