It depends.
Generally I would want the face in most cases, but if there was someone else in the photo and the person without the face wasn't a central part of the action, it might work. But I can't see that being a real regular occurence.
It also applies to censored faces. I generally don't bother with them either.
Without the face the "person" isn't there, just a part of their body, and I'm still a bit too much of a romantic to have sex or sexuality devalued to just the anatomy.
I do understand the need though for people to remain anonymous. I'm not sure what the best solution to that problem is, as it's a genuine concern that shouldn't be disregarded. I guess either very mild blurring, or a turned head, or hair across the face perhaps? Not really sure though. Eyes especially are amazing, I love to be able to see the person's eyes.
