This was recently done by an actress from the drama "Shameless" for a reason I am trying to remove from my mind as she plays the least physically attractive character.
This was even the scandal of Kylie Minogue posing for a magazine fully clothed in the tennis outfit (including panties) but the panties were digitally/Photo shopped away by the magazine.
