i am not positive on all the rules and regulations for that... but I would recommend doing things 100% legally.... if you cut corners, and they catch you, you will be screwed. If there is one thing ive noticed, it that the people from other countries that try to live a good life and make a contribution to american society, yet cut corners on obtaining a legal way to reside in the states..they always get caught first by the INS before a "border jumper" that the US doesn't even know exsists.
