[[Dew0427, could you please post a copy of your character sheet in the character sheet thread? It's kinda convenient to have them all in one place. Murperfleem - it appears I've been consistently misspelling your name. Sorry about that - I don't know why my brain read an l instead of an r.]]
Annalise Fleurette Rouge suddenly finds herself between a rock and a hard place, as both of the enemies team up on her! First, the beautiful Arihalna - her torso now covered by nothing but a navy blue strip of cloth - does a pirouette, charging up her weapon with wind magic - and then, Alison Erving closes in with her sword!
Fortunately for her, Annalise has just finished her spell of haste. The pirouetting Arihalna seems to come at her in slow-motion, like a ballet dancer in a music box. She's certainly a beautiful sight, but she's also easy for Annalise to dodge. She ducks under both sword and wind, and it passes over her – missing by a wide margin!
[Arihalna: Rolled 1 + Magic 0 (or Body 2, if that's what you intended?) = Less than 5. Total miss! Terribly bad luck there, Murperfleem.]
Alison Erving, however, comes with a much more direct approach. Even without magic she's dangerously fast, charging straight at Annalise with her fencing rapier. One slash! Two slashes! Three slashes! Will Annalise be able to dodge them all?
[Alison: Rolled 4 + Body 2 = 6. Beats Annalises' Defense, but only by a single point – not enough to strip off the skirt! Nothing happens.]
Though the sword comes close, and might even make a minor scratch in her skirt, Annalise manages to stay away from the danger... for now. Alison is still right at her, though, and the relentless attacks seem to continue! How will Annalise respond to this attack... and what will Christie the Grey Witch do, standing safely at a distance from the męlee?
[[Awesome action thus far! Great job everyone!
Christie and Annalise, you're up next. I know it'll be hard to predict the outcome of your actions, but in order to speed up this process a little, please state your next two actions in your next post, rather than just one. We want to keep this moving!
A helpful tip from the Game Master: Stripping off a large garment (worth 3 or more) in a single attack is kind of difficult. When going for such an attack, it can sometimes be wise to spend Energy Points, or else attempt to “split” the garment – like for instance, splitting a dress into a top and a skirt.]]
