The interviewer is the one who actually pulls her top open  and she seems genuinely surprised. She scrambles to cover herself up pretty quickly. |
I agree she is taken by surprise. She seems to only want to tease and then there is this unexpected move by the interviewer. Brave guy, and he gets away with it too without a slap on his face
