Assuming it's now deffo OK for simply topless rather than nude protest: this first quoted item was FEMEN again; here one, though byte-heavy, with good size/resolution. Apparently only one habitual-chest-baring denizen of the former USSR is now authorized to diddle ballot boxes in Russia, and it clearly ain't one of these three!
