This one may not be very mainstream/I don't know if anyone will recognize it from the description. I remember running across this movie once in the early-mid 90's, and hope someone else does, and can give me the title.

It was a historical fiction, and it involved a scene were a young woman gets into a carriage with an older gentleman. The carriage sets off, she lets him fondle her and then lifts her skirts for a quickie (only breasts shown). After he's exhausted, she takes (steals?) some of his money, and gets out the carriage. Later in the movie she is in jail, also topless in some scenes, and awaiting execution. It turns out the older man was a judge or nobility of some sort, and threatening to tell his wife about his fornication gets the main character (the young lady) a get-out-of-jail free card.

It seemed to be a rather racy adaptation of some work of fiction, and it might have been on "late-night" PBS even. Thanks in advance!

Sorry not to have a clip (though I do have the whole thing on VHS), but I suspect that the scene you describe is from a mini-series of "The Amorous Adventures of Moll Flanders" starring Alex Kingston as Moll; hope that helps you or others search for this scene (or any of the several other hot ones there were!)...
