I believe this is from the "Dangerous Dan" series of tapes that came out a few years ago. Its a hodge podge of pranks, some with nude women, Dan acting obnoxious, and Dan asking girls to show skin. Some good parts I remember that may have been posted here before are him getting a drive through girl to take off her shirt, him getting a sandwich maker to go topless, they had a girl totally naked by a busy street with a sign, and he got girls to flash on the beach. There was also a bit where he had girls playing tennis to take off their tops and flash their undies, but I'm pretty convinced that was staged. The rest may or may not have been staged - its hard to tell.
