Having managed a one hour lab for a large chain, our general policy was that we could print nudes as long as the people in the photo were not touching each other, that could mean holding hands, if they were touching then we could not print the negative.
taking extra photos of customers work was grounds for termination and you had legal ramifications also for the company and the individuals involved, you have to remember that the images belong to the photographer not the people in the picture and for sure not the photofinnishing company.
