If you go to Pompeii you will see small paintings on the wall of some buildings of porn so it is certainly over 2,000 years old and I bet it goes back well before that. From reading the bible Moses was not too impressed when he came down from the mountain. Interestingly in Pompeii there are large stone blocks in the middle of the streets. The tour guide told us that they were "speed humps" put there to slow down the hoons who used to charge up and down the narrow streets in their chariots! There is nothing new in the world.
