Answering my own request...
Oddly enough, I came across this same picture in the "Beaver Hunt" section of the Sept 1995 issue of Hustler magazine. The version of the photo that I originally posted shows more detail (for example, her head is cropped in the magazine photo); don't know what to make of this. Still like the photo, though.
