just because someone poses without a smile - hardly means they are reluctant. many/most fashion poses baring all of the models assets have an unsmiling model.
reluctant nudity would seem to indicate a strong desire not to be naked in a picture - this doesnt seem to fit most of these pictures.

I have to STRONGLY agree with this comment. This thread has become the "Unhappy" exposed woman. There have been very very few posts lately that suggest the subject is reluctant.
