I have been eavesdropping on my wife when ever her best friend comes too visit us. This only happens about four times a year, but I always find out something interesting about my wife and her friends pasts, after they get done with their small talk about families, their jobs, etc. etc.. The way our house is built if you set at the top of the stairs to our second floor you can hear everything that is being said in the kitchen and living room.
