I don't think your download difficulties are source specific to OCC.

I havent experienced any significant change's to the download rate's.

And judging by the reply count apart from kewl4it & yourself no one seem's to be suffering from a drop in download performance.

Silly question I know, but have checked your P.C. for defect's your end britco
