Although nothing in the image has been changed, i.e. no new information added to the image, the levels were altered. The dress was that transparent, but our eyes work at a different level of contrast. Relevelling in photoshop does cause a lie though, because her dress was not that visible to the naked eye (pun?!).

They probably altered the levels globally, locally, and then adjusted the hue of the green on skin tone to make it more like a skin tone, to make the material less prevelant.

But the nipples are the same ones, they are hers, and they are perfect.
