I can't believe this woman's head is this out of proportion with her body- which leads me to believe someone Photo-shopped a vintage photo. Why on earth would someone do that? Trying to defame grandma, maybe? It's a pretty face- and a nice body. If her head is really that big- I apologize. It just looks odd. If that's real- I'll bet she gave great "head."
