Well the only thing I can think of is that you're trying to open the second part of one vid, for example if a vid is named 703a.part1 you need all of the remain parts of the same vid, for this example it's only 2 parts so you need 703a.part2 then right click the part1 rar and extract it, there's three choices, I use extract here for vids and it'll extract it, it's only one vid, there isn't a second one in this example, I and others use rar files to upload vids larger than the 100mb limit so we don't have to split them, if this doesn't help there are a number of vids on youtube that will show you how to extract, I really hope this helps.
