To me fake tits are the ultimate turn off but I dont like large natural ones either. You are right that a LOT of men do not only like small (or up to medium) tits but actually PREFER them. An interesting thing that I found out when reading a book by Allan Pease titled "Why men dont listen and why women cant read maps" is that men with big noses go out with flat chested women. He couldn't explain why but it is a recognised pattern. BTW the book is definitely worth reading and gives you a better understanding of why women and men act the way that they do.
I actually think that women are more concerned about the size of their tits because of what other women might think and not what men think in the same way that men want a big dick to impress other men. It's the old "See mine is bigger than yours" syndrome.
