I have a clip I found (likely on daily motion) and there is one movie in it I can't identify. I did a screen capture hoping someone could tell me what it is.

In the scene, the mother opens the door, has a surprised expression, and we see the image above for a few seconds, then it goes to the girl (who's actually wearing a blue shirt) turn over her shoulder to look upset at her mother walking in on her...then it ends.

Any ideas?
