The last one in my second post, and all the pictures in my third post, are from Super Real Mahjong P7.

It's pretty dated by now. The best way to get an exhaustive list is to get a copy of MAME32, which includes built-in categorization. The current build of MAME32 lists 175 games in the Mahjong category. Or if you want to make sure you don't miss out on games like Pachinko Sexy Reaction or Niyanpai, which feature delightful naked anime chicks but aren't mahjong games, pick up a copy of
MCM.INI and search for "mature".
