Two girls and the main characters are teaming up to win a summer festival contests. They meet up with a cat girl who wants to stop them so she takes out a can of soda and become drunk. When drunk, the cat girl gains the ability to instantly strip people to stop them from fighting.
In the manga, the two girls are left in their opened yukatas.
In the anime, the two girls are stripped completely but the pictures are from the censored tv version.
(I haven't seen the un/less-censored dvd version, so I'm not sure how much more they would show. If dvd version is really different, I might post them)
