What a shame you haven't got to fuck your mum's neighbour. It sounds to me as though she was more than willing and waiting for you to make the running. She was probably worried about making a fool of herself if you rejected her, it was a pity you didn't take it further when you massaged her.
I think you should call on your mum's new neighbours and get this lady's address, giving some reason such as having something to return that you borrowed or maybe pretending to be related.
I am sure the lady would be thrilled that you tracked her down leading to an exiting outcome.
