Yes. People are allowed to edit their own posts within 15 minutes of posting. After that only moderators can edit posts. Otherwise, we run the risk of people changing thier text or attachments later on. This could cause the flow of the thread to be confusing or worse yet, people could replace their attachments with something unsuitable and it may get overlooked by the mods since editing a post does not bring it to the top.
