I dunno whether more like it exist, but the source where I found it, a naked-protest compendium of sorts, had only that one from that event, the World Water Day in LA on 3/22/11. The first here is from the same source, same event, but the London iteration; the next are various bloggers expressing support for the Egyptian woman who posted nude pictures in protest, referenced above at
