She doesnt look especially masculine. Labiaplasty doesnt cause the vertical scars outside of the labia majora however. The only procedure that I am aware of that creates that is the actual SRS surgury. Of course she could have been a genetic XYX herm that required surgical correction. At any rate we will never know and this is all just speculation. Amazing what happens when you look under a skirt eh?
