Typical police over-reaction - arresting and charging these two with public indecency sticking them with a criminal record when it was fairly obvious that it was a late night harmless prank - even then officers at the scene found it amusing. Too sad that common sense doesn't prevail in cases like these and the two might have been let off with a warnng rather than make such a big deal out of it. Sort of takes all the fun out stuff like this. Still . . . I admire those two for taking the risk.
