Whipped Cream Bikinis are the best. There's a scene in the 3rd "Naked Gun" movie of an actress showing up to the Oscars in an entire Whipped Cream gown.

Yep, that's just cheating. WCB's should be whipped cream and nothin' else. BTW, the first girl in the thread
is wearing a bikini underneath, but you have to look closely to see it.
