Quaffer: The act of giving a woman a facial; alternatively used to describe a woman who is known to take and enjoy lots of facials. May be pronounced "Kwaffer" or "Kway-fer"

I was really working Bonnie over last night. Right before I came, I asked her if she wanted a Quaffer. Aparently, she didn't know what I meant, but she excitedly said "yes." After I spun her around and gave her a field load on her face, she looked horrified.
