Only thing I could find on her that wasn't just a re-hash of the same old story was this site: http://seecarlablush.tripod.com/

Seems this netzien tried to turn over every stone he (or she?) could to find the tape but didn't succeed. Oh well, it has a nice picture of her (below), but most of the other links on the page appear to be broken.
