Jumer's an Illinois casino has a type of frosted ( best word I can think of to describe it right now = not really frosted though ) glass for their shower stalls in rooms. It is very easy to see an outline shadow & depending on time of day a bit more. If I remember correctly the setup is the same in a double queen room. So not somewhere you want to stay with relatives, friends if everyone is shy and reserved.
This is the only "odd" setup I can think of right off hand.
