On that wall is a diploma that reads "University of Alabama at Birmingham", "College of Medicine" and "Doctor of Medicine". The name of the recipient is too blurred to read, so it's impossible to tell to whom the diploma was granted. But the aforementioned can be read. So, she was probably married to a doctor of medicine.

My understanding is her ex was an anesthesiologist who posted her pics on several sites. He was doing it for quite a while when a girlfriend told her - she took him to the cleaners in divorce court.
