There's no way to be sure unless there's a cultural clue from the pic, or the look is obvious. For instance, the babe in number 115 - at least the last photo - is likely not Desi. Look at the necklace. It is pretty obviously Aztec or some sort of Latin American Indian or mestizo type of style. Indian girls tend to be proud, in my experience, and they rarely wear the garb of other cultures, even if they are from the US. Another sign is that my wife and the three other Indian women I have bedded have what I jokingly describe as the "mud vein," a fairly prominent stripe from the navel to the good stuff.
