Default Y'all might get a kick outta this...

The first image is from early in the "Archie" comics run from, (I think?) Jackpot Comics in early 1942. While Archie Comics the Company is synonymous with wholesome, family fare, the company's immediate predecessor, MLJ Comics, was a bit on the sleazy side, hence this image of barenekkid Veronica under the sun lamp.

The next two images are from the Archie newspaper strip from the autumn of 1946, where Betty, finding Archie knocked out in the locker room, strips off all her clothes so she can put on Archie's football uniform and take his place in the big homecoming game (which she WINS), then rushes back to put the uniform back on Archie before she's discovered (What a gal!!)
