Someone recently told me that they were in a public park (not Central Park) and there were women sunbathing topless. We've seen the pics of the Central Park reading group. It seems like the toplessness issue has gotten a lot of media attention in the last few months, so now that the word is out, I imagine just by the sheer numbers of women in NYC there are bound to be some taking advantage of it. And since NY is such a liberal city, I have to wonder if it's not on it's way to becoming "European."
