What about using Windows Movie Maker (included with XP and free from the MS website) to convert it to WMV? It might get you down to under 10 megs without splitting and if not the program gives you the option of saving it to a specific size (ie. 10 megs). Just a suggestion. I started using it and love it (especially as it is free and I hate paying for stuff).
p.s. I haven't seen the clip posted here or anywhere else before.
