About two years ago, a friend of mine (female) went to a student drama festival in Ireland. She told me that, in one particular play, there was a scene in which an actress is strapped to a wheel, which is then spun through 180 degrees so she ended up being upside-down.

They must never have done it in dress rehearsal as, on the night, the girl was wearing a strapless ball gown. This proved to be an unwise choice as, it turns out, while they may work quite well at containing breasts the right-way-up, strapless dresses have very little hold on them when turned upside-down!

Her boobs popped out and "dangled" (my friend's word) in the direction of the floor. The other actors either didn't notice or they decided 'the show must go on' as the scene proceeded for three minutes with her stuck in this predicament.

Even when the wheel was turned and she was right-way-up again, the boobs were still out of the dress, now hanging over its front. My friend reckoned it would have been quite funny to see how the actress would have gone about getting them back in (while in character) but, luckily for her, the scene ended and the stage went dark.
