I follow what you're saying. I (IMHO) think that up to about the late 70's early 80's, it was - with some exceptions - all about the beauty of the female, weather dressed, partially dressed of nude. Today, it seems the bulk of the requests - and hence the offerings - are to see who can spread their lips widest, who can handle the most penis' at one time etc...
