From what I have read that's not uncommon where there are lots of 18 - 30 type holidays particularly in the Med.
We were drinking late one other night when we could hear the screams of protest coming all along the corridor. One of the barmaid was working her last shift and the staff clearly had some sort of traditional send off. We were the only actual customers in the bar and they brought her in held shoulder high.
She seemed to know what her fate was going to be and it was easy for us to guess so we hung around to watch the show. Despite all her pleading she was placed on the pool table and held down by the arms and legs as the frenzy started. Each article of clothing was pulled of her to loud applause and she was soon down to her underwear. The other girls then stripped her naked and tied her to the tables pockets.
Bottles of various drinks were brought over and they started drinking shots from all over her body, plenty of booze was given to her and she was soon feeling no pain.
After about half an hour she was carried to the pool and thrown in naked. Back at the bar there was no sign of her clothes when we eventually went to bed. I think she will remember her last night!!!
